# Launch Calendars

Three launch lengths. Copy the one that fits your audience into your real calendar.

_Part of NIGHT//SHIFT OS. Planning material only — nothing here promises income or results._

## 7-day launch calendar

The minimum viable launch for a first product and a small audience.

### Pre-launch

- Day 1: Tell people what you are making and why. Ask one question about the problem. Reply to everyone.
- Day 2: Share a real quote from your research and what it taught you.
- Day 3: Show one piece of the product (screenshot or short walkthrough).

### Open

- Day 4: Publish the page. Announce it once to your list and once on your main platform. State the price.
- Day 5: One specific use case: 'here is how [person] would use module 2 today.'
- Day 6: Answer the top three objections you heard, in public.

### Close and after

- Day 7: Plain last call: what it is, who it is for, price. No fake countdown.
- Day 8+: Page stays open. Record the questions asked; they become FAQ and content.

## 14-day launch calendar

Adds a warm-up week so the open week lands on a prepared audience.

### Week 1 — warm up

- Day 1: Announce the problem you are solving; ask people to reply with their version of it.
- Day 2: Teach one small piece for free (a lesson from module 1).
- Day 3: Share your process: what you found in validation.
- Day 4: Behind the scenes of building one asset.
- Day 5: Reply publicly to the best question so far.
- Day 6: Preview the value stack; say the date the page opens.
- Day 7: Open the waitlist or 'reply to be notified' post.

### Week 2 — open

- Day 8: Open. Email and one main post with price.
- Day 9: Use case one.
- Day 10: Objection post: price.
- Day 11: Use case two or a walkthrough clip.
- Day 12: Objection post: time and 'I can find this free'.
- Day 13: Who it is for and not for.
- Day 14: Last call. Then keep the page open.

## 30-day launch calendar

For larger audiences or products that need education first. Four phases.

### Days 1-10 — educate

- Publish ten pieces on the problem and the method, one per day, each teaching one thing from the product.
- Collect replies and questions in a document; they shape week three.

### Days 11-17 — build in public

- Show the product taking shape: modules, worksheets, mockups.
- Day 14: announce the open date and price.
- Day 17: open a notify list.

### Days 18-27 — open

- Day 18: open with email and main post.
- Alternate use cases, objections, and demonstrations daily.
- Day 23: mid-launch recap for people who missed it.
- Day 27: 'not for you if' post.

### Days 28-30 — close

- Day 28: honest summary of what is inside.
- Day 29: answer remaining questions.
- Day 30: last call. Page stays open afterward at the standard price.
