# Offer Improvement System

Five levers in order of cost, one per week.

_Part of NIGHT//SHIFT OS. Planning material only — nothing here promises income or results._

## Launch content plan

Five content types that carry a launch, with one example each.

### Types

- Problem post: the problem in the buyer's words and why it persists.
- Lesson post: one thing from inside, given freely.
- Walkthrough: a 20-40 second screen recording of a component.
- Objection post: name the objection, answer it honestly.
- Use case: 'if you are [situation], start with [component]'.

### Ratio

- Roughly three teaching posts to one direct sales post.
- Mention price plainly whenever you mention the product.

## Offer improvement system

When page → sale is the weak step: five levers in order of cost.

### Cheapest first

- 1. Headline: swap to a problem-led headline using a research quote.
- 2. Price block: state what happens after purchase and the refund terms next to the button.
- 3. FAQ: add the top three questions from the feedback analyzer.
- 4. Proof: add one real demonstration or permitted result.
- 5. Offer: add one bonus that answers the top objection; only after the four above.

### Rule

- One lever per week, logged in the experiment tracker.
- Judge after at least 100 visitors or two weeks, whichever comes first.
