Does money already flow here, in ways a faceless account can tap?

Score each line 1–5.

| Affiliate programs exist | 5 = tools or products with programs your audience buys | |
| Services or memberships exist | 5 = people pay for coaching, communities, or done-for-you | |
| Brands advertise to this audience | 5 = visible sponsorships on mid-size accounts | |
| The desire is urgent | 5 = they need it this week, not someday | |

Total ≥ 19: **GREEN** — Money already flows here. Growth will have somewhere to go.

Total ≥ 13: **YELLOW** — Some paths exist. Plan for a digital product as the first model and treat the rest as later.

Below: **RED** — Attention here is hard to monetize without a face. Pick another niche unless you have a specific plan.

Four questions that separate a hobby from a niche you can grow faceless.

Score each line 1–5.

| Facelessness | 5 = fully teachable or entertaining with text, voice, visuals | |
| Repeatability | 5 = you could make 100 posts without running dry | |
| Your fit | 5 = you know it well or have access others lack | |

Total ≥ 19: **GREEN** — Commit for 90 days. Go to Brand.

Total ≥ 14: **YELLOW** — Workable if your lowest score is 'fit' (you can learn). If it is 'demand' or 'money', keep looking.

Below: **RED** — This niche will fight you every day. Choose another candidate.

## Optimize · Analytics score

Score the week, not the post.

Score each line 1–5.

| Reach vs last week | 5 = clearly up; 3 = flat; 1 = clearly down | |
| Saves or shares rate | 5 = above your usual rate on most posts | |
| New follows per post | 5 = above usual | |
| Link clicks or replies about the offer | 5 = above usual; 3 = no offer yet | |

Total ≥ 19: **GREEN** — The machine is working. Change nothing but the two winner variations.

Total ≥ 13: **YELLOW** — Something slipped. If consistency is low, fix production before content. If reach is down, check hooks.

Below: **RED** — Reset: return to the batch SOP and post the minimum viable week. Do not change niche on one bad week.
