Story, education, entertainment, authority, and CTA frameworks.

_Part of NIGHT//SHIFT OS. Planning material only — nothing here promises income or results._

## Story frameworks

Three story shapes that work with voiceover and text alone.

### Then / now / how

- Then: one line of the old situation.
- Now: one line of the current situation.
- How: three beats that got you there.
- CTA: what to do first.

### The message

- A message or comment (quoted with permission).
- What you thought first.
- What you realized.
- The rule you follow now.

### The wrong turn

- The decision that seemed right.
- What it cost.
- The fix.
- The check you now use to avoid it.

## Education frameworks

Four shapes for teaching one thing.

### Mistake → fix

- Name the mistake.
- Why people make it.
- The fix in two steps.
- How to check it worked.

### Steps

- Hook with the outcome.
- Three to five numbered steps.
- The step people skip.
- CTA: save.

### Before / after

- Show the weak version.
- Show the strong version.
- Name the one change.
- Invite them to apply it.

### Definition

- The term.
- What people think it means.
- What it actually means.
- Why it changes what you do.

## Entertainment frameworks

Relatable and fun without a face.

### Expectation vs reality

- Text: 'what I thought [task] would be.'
- Text: 'what it was.'
- One line of comfort or a real tip.

### Ranking

- 'Ranking [things] from worst to best.'
- Five items with one-line verdicts.
- The surprise at the top.

### Things that make no sense

- Three absurdities in the niche.
- Deadpan delivery.
- One real suggestion at the end.

## Authority frameworks

Build trust with evidence, not claims.

### Case study

- Starting point (numbers or state).
- What was done, in order.
- Result, stated plainly, with permission.
- What would generalize.

### Teardown

- A public example in the niche.
- What works and why.
- What would improve it.
- The principle.

### Named framework

- Name it.
- Three parts.
- One example per part.
- When not to use it.

## CTA frameworks

Matching the ask to the post.
