# Production Formats Kit

Short-form blueprint, carousel builder, thread builder, repurposing system, weekly production system.

## Short-form blueprint

Timing and visuals for a 20-40 second faceless video.

### Timeline

- 0-1s: hook as on-screen text, big, in your typeface.
- 1-8s: the idea, voiceover over a screen recording or b-roll.
- 8-25s: the example; change the visual at least every 3 seconds.
- 25-35s: the action.
- Last 3s: CTA text on screen; voice says it once.

### Production

- Record voiceover first; cut visuals to it.
- Captions on, always.
- One music bed, low; or none.
- Export vertical 9:16, 1080×1920.

## Carousel builder

Eight slides, one idea per slide, last slide is the CTA.

### Slides

- 1: Hook. Large text, nothing else.
- 2: The problem or context in one line.
- 3-6: One step or point per slide, with a one-line example.
- 7: The mistake to avoid or the summary.
- 8: CTA (save or share) and the account name.

### Design

- Same background, typeface, and accent every time.
- Under 20 words per slide.
- Slide 1 and 8 are templates you reuse.

## Thread builder

For X and Threads: 5-8 posts from one carousel or script.

### Structure

- Post 1: hook + what the thread delivers.
- Posts 2-6: one point each, one line of example.
- Post 7: summary in three lines.
- Post 8: CTA and, if relevant, the link.

### Rules

- No post over 240 characters.
- Number the posts (2/7) only if the platform does not thread visibly.
- Reply to your own thread with the source or an extra tip within an hour.

## Repurposing system

The order every post moves through platforms.

### Video first

- Reel → TikTok (same) → Short (title added) → carousel (transcript) → X post (hook + one line) → Threads (same).

### Carousel first

- Carousel → thread → Threads → Reel (read slides over screen capture) → Short → email lesson.

### Timing

- Primary platform day 1; secondary day 2; the rest across the week.
- Winners get a second life after 14 days with a new hook.

## Weekly production system

The week, block by block.

### Blocks

- Batch block (2h): the SOP above; seven posts scripted and recorded.
- Edit block (1.5h): visuals, captions, scheduling for all seven.
- Engage block (15 min daily): reply to comments, note questions.
- Review block (15 min): winner identifier in Optimize.

### Minimum viable week

- If you only have three hours: batch block plus a shortened edit block. Post five, not seven.
